It’s important to note that following national and international conflicts in high risk regions, the FBI routinely interviews members of the Muslim community

Participating in interviews without an attorney present is not advised, always ask for an attorney. You can reach out to MLFA for pro bono legal support.

Be aware that making a false statement to the FBI is illegal and should never happen, but before you speak to the FBI you should consult an attorney, and having them present can help reduce the risk of a future charge for a false statement.
