Christina Jump, an attorney based in Richardson, Texas, has dedicated her career to representing clients with Employment & Labor: Employee issues. After completing her undergraduate studies, she chose to pursue a career in law and graduated from the University of Houston Law Center in 1996. She was admitted to legal practice the same year and has since then been committed to serving justice.
Being chosen as a Super Lawyer is no small feat. This selection is based on an evaluation of 12 indicators, including peer recognition and professional achievement in legal practice. The process is peer influenced and research driven, selecting only the top 5% of attorneys to the Super Lawyers list each year. Christina Jump has been recognized by her peers and selected as a Super Lawyer for 2006 – 2007, and again for 2021 – 2023, earning the respect of her peers as one of the top-rated attorneys in the nation.
In her role at MLFA, Christina leads the Civil Litigation department, a significant force challenging government decisions made in the name of national security that impact vulnerable members within Muslim communities. Her tireless efforts have not gone unnoticed. In the past three years alone, she has argued at the federal appellate level on behalf of our clients in Circuit courts across the country more than a dozen times. Under her leadership, the Civil Litigation team has filed seven different Petitions to the U.S. Supreme Court on behalf of our clients – two of which are still pending!
Moreover, Christina and her team support other attorneys and organizations handling similar issues. They have filed “friend of court” briefs in the Supreme Court and multiple Circuit courts, reinforcing MLFA’s commitment to promoting justice for all.
We at MLFA are immensely proud of Christina Jump’s achievements. Her dedication and relentless pursuit of justice embody our mission and values. As we celebrate her recognition as a Super Lawyer, we also acknowledge the profound impact she has made on countless lives through her tireless advocacy. Her work serves as a testament to the power of commitment, perseverance, and a deep-seated belief in justice. Congratulations, Christina, for your well-deserved recognition. Your exemplary service continues to inspire us all.
