Unprecedented: Defending International Students Persecuted for Free Speech

US immigration agencies often view politically unpopular speech as a national security threat. The current administration is targeting university students through its secret revocations of F-1 visas, unlawful terminations of students’ SEVIS status, and aggressive efforts to remove noncitizens based solely on their protected speech.
