Episode 7 – Journey on the path of the Prophet

Is it about the journey or the destination?

Where we’re going may not be as important as how we’re going there.

The way of our beloved Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) was the way of honesty, trustworthiness, justice, generosity, and God-consciousness (taqwa).

How does MLFA show these prophetic values?

By offering legal consultations within the Muslim nonprofit community, MLFA is working to build relationships with honesty and trustworthiness.

MLFA works for justice in so many ways.

Here’s one example. MLFA protected the good deeds of Muslims who contributed to IARA-USA’s project to support villagers in Mali.

After the organization’s funds were seized, MLFA successfully negotiated the return of $1.5 million.

They were able to complete the project in Mali, bringing water and stability to neglected communities.

MLFA has honored the faith of Muslim prisoners by advocating for halal meals, by defending the right to wear hijab, and by facilitating access to Friday prayers.

May Allah help us to live up to the way of our Beloved Prophet Muhammad in all that we do.
