Madeeha is a rising second-year student at Wayne Law in Detroit, MI. She graduated summa cum laude from Benedictine University with a BA in Political Science and emphases in Interfaith Studies and Environmental Studies. Upon graduating from BenU, Madeeha began conducting research at the Abolition Institute, a Chicago-based nonprofit organization dedicated to fighting slavery in the West African nation of Mauritania. Recently, she joined their delegation to Mauritania to speak at the U.S. Embassy and assist anti-slavery organizations. In her free time, Madeeha loves to travel, bake, and run outdoors.
