As our attorneys continue to pursue the ongoing open investigation by the Department of Education’s Office of Civil Rights into our claim on behalf of over a dozen students, Harvard’s Task Force determined that Harvard’s administration and employees subjected these Palestinian, Muslim and allied students to different standards and failed to provide them with a safe environment to learn. The Task Force particularly identifies Harvard administrators’ failure to curb or condemn the extensive doxxing of our student clients, among others, calling this out as “a significant concern” that impacts “not only physical safety and mental well-being, but also future career prospects.”
We hope Harvard heeds this wake-up call and makes the recommended corrections for the upcoming school year, and we’ll continue to represent our student clients to make sure that happens.
