Since 2017, MLFA’s Civil Litigation attorneys have proudly represented American Muslims for Palestine (AMP) in courts and before Congress. During that time, we’ve seen them targeted despite their fully legal purpose to educate the American public about the rich history and culture of Palestine, and despite the fact that they operate fully within the United States.
Through multiple lawsuits in multiple states, AMP survives. No court has found that any plaintiffs have proven any allegations against AMP. Nor do we expect that they will – because AMP engages in legal free speech.
And AMP will not be chilled in its legal actions.
And we will continue to represent AMP with pride and dignity, as our legal system is designed to allow.
