MLFA gathered in Dallas for our staff retreat, bringing together staff, board members, and legal committee members from across the country.
Over two days, our team had the opportunity to step back from the urgency of daily work and focus on strategy, reflection, and connection. We discussed the road ahead, strengthened our shared vision, and spent meaningful time with the people who make this work possible.
