Just yesterday, MLFA’s Civil Litigation attorneys went to the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals to argue on behalf of their client.
Our client, Foad Farahi, has been trying for over a decade to gain access to records under the Freedom of Information Act (“FOIA”), but the FBI refuses to produce them. Congress enacted FOIA to ensure enhanced government transparency, and we are fighting to maintain it.
