MLFA filed a brief in support of Harvard’s challenge to the Administration’s overreach, but also let the Court know about Harvard’s obligations to better protect its Palestinian, Muslim, Arab, Jewish and Israeli and allied students, per earlier findings against it & its agreements.

IMPACT
Our brief supports the constitutional rights of students and of universities to be free from government overreach, while still holding institutions like Harvard accountable for its past failures. MLFA’s brief guarantees the Court now knows what Harvard left out: that Harvard failed its Palestinian, Muslim, Arab and Allied students, and must still keep its promises to those students as well as others
