Court of Appeals Affirms HLF Convictions: Attorneys and Supporters Pledge to Continue the Fight for Justice
Dec 7, 2011 - This morning we received notice that the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals affirmed all convictions and dismissed the Holy Land Foundation appeal.
Make no mistake; this fight is not over.

We are shocked and disappointed in this ruling, and we imagine you join us in our disapproval of this latest assault on our civil liberties. But this will not break our determination and it will not slow down our fight for justice in America.
